SEASON TICKETS
Several scenarios arose regarding season tickets, which we have handled as follows:
1. Gifted seats – We cancelled all seat gifts and restored the right to attend the match to the season ticket holders. However, for the new date, holders must again ensure they either use the ticket themselves or gift/release it. Tickets originally issued to the recipients will not be valid for the rescheduled match.
2. Released seats that did not sell – For season ticket holders who released their seat for the original match date—and whose seat subsequently did not sell—we have restored the right to attend the rescheduled match. In this case, too, holders must manage their attendance or gift/release the seat for the new date.
3. Released seats that were purchased by someone else – In several dozen instances, a released seat for the original date was sold, and the new buyer did not exercise the option to return the ticket. We have emailed all affected season ticket holders offering a free replacement ticket. If your season ticket has not yet been activated for the rescheduled date, please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
A. If you wish to attend the rescheduled match on Wednesday, simply reply to the email, and a replacement ticket will be sent to you.
B. If you cannot attend the rescheduled match either, no action is required. Under the season ticket rules, your obligation has already been met.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
Since tickets remain valid for the new date but could also be returned, we urge everyone to avoid buying tickets on the secondary market and instead purchase them only through official channels (the club’s website, Ticketportal, the fan shop, or the BOHEMKA app). If a ticket is returned, its code is invalidated, yet the actual ticket file remains in the original owner's email inbox. If you buy such a ticket secondhand, you risk being denied entry to the stadium—a situation we certainly wouldn't want to see happen. Please be careful about who you buy your ticket from.
