2. PURCHASE OF PERMANENT TICKETS AND TICKETS
If you click on the VSTUPENKY (TICKETS) option in the menu, you will see the ticketing tab, where you will find three tabs - PRODEJ (SALES), REZERVACE (RESERVATIONS) and ZAKOUPENO (PURCHASED).
PRODEJ – Here you will find events that are currently on sale and you can purchase them directly in the application.
REZERVACE – Here you will find your reservations. If you have a season ticket assigned from the previous season, you will see the option to renew it for the next season here.
ZAKOUPENO – Here you will find your purchased tickets and season tickets. Season tickets are managed here. You can transfer them (permanently) to another person, free up a seat for a selected match (one-time) or donate them (one-time).
3. ADDING A SEASON TICKET TO THE APPLICATION
If you purchased your new season ticket outside the application and do not see it in your account in the application, you can easily add it. Just click on the + Add season ticket button in the TICKETS > PURCHASED > SEASON TICKET tab. Then fill in the season ticket number and verification data and that's it. You can also add a season ticket from the previous season to the application to see the seat reservation for the next year (see point 2.).
INTRODUCTION
The Bohemka mobile application is available for iOS and Android. You can log in to the application with a Ticketportal user account. If you do not have an account, you can register directly in the application. In addition to Bohemians news, the application also serves for simple and effective management of permanent and one-time tickets. In this guide, we will explain the individual functionalities of the Bohemka application.

4. TRANSFER A SEASON TICKET – PERMANENTLY!!!
You can permanently transfer a purchased season ticket to someone else (friend, relative, etc.). When you click on the season ticket in the application, its details will open, where there is the Transfer season ticket option.
When you select it, the application will generate a code for you, which you will provide to the other person, who can then insert the season ticket into their application. This option is not used to lend a season ticket for a single match, but it is a permanent transfer. For example, if you buy multiple season tickets and want to pass on individual season tickets. If you want to lend a season ticket only for selected matches that you cannot attend, follow point 6 below.
5. RELEASE A SEASON TICKET
In the season ticket details in the Bohemka app, you will find the Moje zápasy (My matches) tab. Here you will see the upcoming matches for which the season ticket is valid. For each match, you will then find the Uvolnit (Release) and Darovat (Donate) options. When you click Uvolnit, you are putting your seat for the selected match up for sale and your season ticket will no longer be valid for that match. Your season ticket will be renewed from the next match.
6. DONATING A SEASON TICKET
This option is for cases where you cannot attend a match, but want to lend your season ticket to another person. You do not have to physically lend the card or forward the season ticket QR code. We do not recommend this due to the risk of misuse! In the season ticket details, click on Moje zápasy (My matches) and select the Darovat (Donate) option for the selected match. Then, simply enter the email address of the person you want to send the ticket to and a one-time electronic ticket for the selected match will be sent to the selected email address. The season ticket is then not valid for such a match. However, your season ticket is valid again from the next match.
